The service is offered exclusively to business users (B2B) and is not offered to consumers. See the Terms of Service.
The "Svada" name, logo, visual identity and the entire content of the website are the intellectual property of the provider and are protected by applicable copyright and unfair competition rules. Any use requires prior written consent.
Hosting and infrastructure
Application hosting: Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). Execution of the service is pinned to the EU, Frankfurt (fra1) region.
Database: Neon Inc. (USA), with data physically stored in the AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt, Germany) region.
Transient file storage (call recordings and uploaded documents, for the duration of transcription or text extraction): Vercel Blob.

Supervision and dispute resolution
The service is not a licensed activity and is not subject to a sectoral supervisory authority.
